面向制造的产品特征模型及其应用研究

特征技术是制造系统各环节信息集成的关键。本文通过分析特征在产品不同制造过程中的作用及其内在联系 ,定义并建立了产品特征的形式化模型、全局产品特征模型、及映射模型 ,实现了特征在产品的设计、工艺与加工域之间的映射与信息集成 ,在此基础上 。

Feature technology is very critical to information integration of subsystems in manufacturing. By analyzing feature's functions and the inner relationship in different manufacturing stage, this paper sets up the formulization, global, and mapping models of product feature. Also, it implements the mapping and integration between design, planning, and machining process. Upon this base, it expounds feature technology's application in CAPP and CAM automation by illustrating an example.
