EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE AND STRESS ON CREEP BEHAVIOR OF WELDING JOINT IN STAINLESS STEEL

摘要 用Cryo-Cracking试验方法研究了 0Cr1 8Ni1 2Mo2Ti不锈钢焊接接头在不同温度和应力下蠕变试样中的空洞现象。结果表明 ,随着温度的提高 ,蠕变试样中的空洞尺寸趋于增大 ,空洞密度增加 ,脆性断裂面的比例降低。应力对空洞尺寸和密度的影响与温度的影响类似 。 The behavior of cavity pocket of welding joint in 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti stainless steel under different temperature and stress is studied by means of the Cryo-Cracking test method. The results show that, with the increase of temperature, the size and density of cavity pocket increased, and the proportion of brittleness fracture surface decreased. The stress has a similar effect to temperature on the size and density of cavity pocket, but temperature appears to be a stronger factor.
