摘要
依据弧光光谱理论 ,采用辅助光源及复合滤光技术 ,有效地解决了焊接区熔池成像的干扰和清晰度差等问题。研究了滤光片与辅助光源对成像质量的影响和作用 ,试验结果表明 ,同普通图像采集方法相比 ,该系统获得图像的清晰度得到明显的提高 。
Based on the arc light spectrum theory, the auxiliary lighting source and composite filtering techniques were used to solve the negative factors such as poor resolution and radiation disturbance by weld pool. The effect of spectral filter and auxiliary lighting source on the image quality was experimentally studied. The results show that compared with conventional image acquisition method, this system can acquire the image with high resolution and can be used in real-time monitoring during welding process.
