摘要
在动载荷作用下 ,汽车减振器的焊趾部位经常发生疲劳破坏。对减振器进行了疲劳试验 ,按EP5630 0 .30标准对试件合格与否进行了检验。并根据有限元计算分析的焊缝尺寸对减振器焊接接头应力集中的影响情况 。
Fatigue failure is the common question occurred at the weld toe of the vibration damper. Fatigue test of the vibration damper is carried out and the acceptance condition of test piece is judged according to the demands of EP56300.30 standard. The effect of weld size on stress concentration is analyzed by FEM, and on that base the corresponding methods is put forward to prolong fatigue life of the vibration damper.
