三流连铸中间包的物理模拟 被引量:4

Phyical Modeling of Melt in Three Strand Tundish of Continuous Casting

摘要 对3流梯型中间包内流场进行水模实验,发现包内各水口处钢液的流动特征存在较大的差异。A、B型两种优化挡墙方案的设计,延长了钢液在中间包内的停留时间,降低了中间包的不对称度,均衡了各流的操作参数。 More differences are found to be existing in the flowing characteristics of the melt between the individual nozzle in the process of water modeling the internal fluid field in the T type three strand tundish. The project design of two optimized weirs, namely type A and type B will contribute to prolongation of the average residence time, reduction of the asymmetry of the tundish and uniformity of operating parameters for each and every flow.
