中国出口导向战略的坚持与调整

The Persistence and Adjustment of Export-oriented Strategy in China

上个世纪90年代前后发生的一系列金融危机,尤其是亚洲金融危机,使人们对实施出口导向战略的合理性和必要性产生了怀疑,在中国加入WTO后,人们更认为出口导向战略在中国也已过时,要以新的外贸战略加以代替。对此,从亚洲金融危机前后东亚相关国家的发展现实,结合中国的实际,来说明中国出口导向战略不仅不能因亚洲金融危机或加入WTO而被抛弃,更要在坚持中加以调整,在调整中加以发展。

The reasonableness and necessity of export-oriented strategy in China is doubted for the happening of financial crisis, especially of Asian Financial Crisis in 1990s of last century. Export-oriented strategy is considered out of date and replaced by other strategies after Chinese entry into WTO. This paper investigated we should not throw export-oriented strategy away, but adjust it by persisting and persist it by developing, in spite of financial crisis or China' s WTO entry.
