摘要
1998年从马铃薯块茎内分离到两个菌株A-10'和H1-6。经鉴定,分别为芽孢杆菌(Bacil lus)和荧光假单胞菌(Pfluorescensbiovar)。连续3年大田和温室试验表明,这两个菌株在马铃薯植株的高度、茎粗、地下块茎及大薯率的提高等各项指标上均明显优于对照,说明其促生作用明显而稳定。进一步研究发现,H1-6作用强弱与其定殖力呈正相关。
From potato tube stains of A-10' and H1-6 were isolated in 1998 and they were indentified as Bacillus and P fluorescens biovar.A 3-year in field experiment showed that those two strains improved significantly,compared with those of the control,plant height,culm diameter,size of underground tube and ratio of largesized tube.It suggested that tose two had remarkable and stable growth promoting effects.In addition,the strength of H1-6 showed a positive relationship with vigor fixplanting.
