摘要 1998年从马铃薯块茎内分离到两个菌株A-10'和H1-6。经鉴定,分别为芽孢杆菌(Bacil lus)和荧光假单胞菌(Pfluorescensbiovar)。连续3年大田和温室试验表明,这两个菌株在马铃薯植株的高度、茎粗、地下块茎及大薯率的提高等各项指标上均明显优于对照,说明其促生作用明显而稳定。进一步研究发现,H1-6作用强弱与其定殖力呈正相关。 From potato tube stains of A-10' and H1-6 were isolated in 1998 and they were indentified as Bacillus and P fluorescens biovar.A 3-year in field experiment showed that those two strains improved significantly,compared with those of the control,plant height,culm diameter,size of underground tube and ratio of largesized tube.It suggested that tose two had remarkable and stable growth promoting effects.In addition,the strength of H1-6 showed a positive relationship with vigor fixplanting.
