摘要
推进无公害蔬菜生产与发展是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及蔬菜生产、流通、加工和贸易等环节,既是市场行为,更是政府行为,需要各级政府特别是农业、卫生、技术监督等部门协调配合。尤其是各级农业部门要切实履行行政管理职能,通过建立完善的蔬菜质量安全法律体系、标准体系、监测体系、推广体系以及创建无公害蔬菜生产示范基地等途径,为无公害蔬菜生产发展创造良好的环境。
To push nonpollution vegetable production is an integrated systematic engineering,in which vegetable production,delivery,procession and marketing are involved.It will be driven by local government and joinforced by multidepartments like agiculture,health and technology monitoring.Especially vegetable quality safety law,standard,monitoring,technology extension and pilot production base are very important to creat a fine environment for the nonpollution production base.
