推进无公害蔬菜生产与发展是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及蔬菜生产、流通、加工和贸易等环节,既是市场行为,更是政府行为,需要各级政府特别是农业、卫生、技术监督等部门协调配合。尤其是各级农业部门要切实履行行政管理职能,通过建立完善的蔬菜质量安全法律体系、标准体系、监测体系、推广体系以及创建无公害蔬菜生产示范基地等途径,为无公害蔬菜生产发展创造良好的环境。

To push nonpollution vegetable production is an integrated systematic engineering,in which vegetable production,delivery,procession and marketing are involved.It will be driven by local government and joinforced by multidepartments like agiculture,health and technology monitoring.Especially vegetable quality safety law,standard,monitoring,technology extension and pilot production base are very important to creat a fine environment for the nonpollution production base.
