Developing Sericulture Northwards: A View on Sericulture Development in Chifeng of Inner-Mongolia

分析了内蒙古赤峰市蚕业发展状况,总结了发展过程中的经验教训。指出南蚕北移不仅表现在北方蚕业比重的提高,也表现在蚕业发展越过北纬41°线,进入从未养过蚕的内蒙古赤峰。

Current situation of sericulture development in Chifeng City of Inner-Mongolia was reviewed, and the problems were analyzed. It is pointed out that developing sericulture northwards not only signify the proportion of sericulture in the north increased, but also manifest that sericulture can be developed beyond 41 N latitude in Chifeng City where there was no sericulture before.
