摘要
以旱育秧方法 ,通过不同含钙化合物混土处理培育水稻秧苗 ,发现其中 Ca O和 Ca O2 处理显著增加秧苗高度、增加根数和加快叶片发育速度 ,提高稻苗根系氧化还原力、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量以及叶片光合速率和气孔导度 ,降低稻苗细胞膜透性。电镜观察发现 Ca O处理稻苗叶片中叶绿体的含量增多 ,合成淀粉粒数量增大 ,从而解释了叶片光合能力提高的原因。
Different calcium containing compounds were applied to the soil of the dry nursery culturing rice seedlings. The results showed that the application of CaO and CaO 2 could increase the plant height and root number of the seedlings, enhance the development of the leaves, improve the activities of the roots and reduce the leakage of electrolytes of the leaves. It could also increase the chlorophyll content and significantly accelerate the photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance. And electronic microscopic observation revealed that the application of these chemicals could also increase the number of chloroplasts and starch grains. All of these results might explain the favorable effect of these calcium compounds on the better growth of the rice seedling.
