摘要
对青六矮 1号及其衍生品种 (品系 )的相关分析表明 :产量与有效穗数呈极显著正相关 ,与每穗总粒数和每穗实粒数呈显著负相关 ;倒三叶长与倒二叶长呈极显著正相关 ,与着粒密度呈显著负相关 ,与粒长呈显著正相关 ,与垩白率呈显著负相关 ,与垩白度呈极显著负相关 ,与胶稠度呈显著正相关 ,与直链淀粉含量呈显著负相关。主成分分析表明 :株高因子和穗粒数因子对产量有极显著正线性关系 ,对产量的重要性顺序为 :株高因子 >穗粒数因子 ;整精米率因子对综合品质有极显著正线性关系。提出在广州地区对该衍生系统的选择应注重多穗、穗长着粒疏、每穗总粒数和每穗实粒数较小 ,株高稍高、倒三叶较长、粒长透明、千粒重较大单株的选择。讨论了该衍生系统进一步改良的有关问题。
The correlation analysis of Qingliuai No.1 and its pedigree showed that yield was highly significantly positive correlative to productive panicles and significantly negative correlative to spikelets panicle -1 , as well as filled grains panicle -1 ; The significantly positive correlation was also found between the length of the 3 rd top leaf and the length of the 2 nd top leaf, grain length, as well as gel consistency. Simultaneously , the length of the 3 rd top leaf was significantly negative correlative to spikelets density panicle -1 , chalky grain, chalkiness and amylose content. Principal component analysis indicated that plant height factor and spikelets factor had very significantly positive linear relationship to yield. The order of significance to yield was plant height factor>spikelets factor.The head rice factor had very significantly positive linear relationship to grain quality. It was proposed that attention should be paid for plant with more and longer panicles, less spikelets density panicle -1 , less spikelets panicle -1 as well as filled grains panicle -1 , a little taller plant height, longer and more transparent grain and bigger 1000 grain weight in selection for Qingliuai pedigree in Guangzhou. Other issues concerning further development of the pedigree were also discussed.
