摘要
在铜硫分选过程中,采用常规的石灰法对极低品位铜分选,往往不能奏效,而添加适量的钠,在浮选原矿伴生含铜0 084%的情况下,可取得铜精矿含铜18%以上,铜回收率达48%以上的指标。在试验研究的基础上,对腐殖酸钠在极低品位铜浮选过程中的作用机理进行了探讨。
In the flotation of crude ore containing less than 0084%Cu,the common lime additive is not effctive in separating the chalcopyrite and pyrite and obtain the higher copper grade concentrateYet the addition of a proper quantity of sodium humate could yield a concentrate with over 18% Cu and a 48% copper recoveryOn the basis of experimental studies,this article has investigated the functions of sodium humate in the separation flotation of the sulphide minerals with an extremelylow copper content.
