油酸改性沥青流变性能的研究

Rheological Behavior of the Oleic Acid Modified Pitch

系统研究油酸对改质沥青的改性作用,分析油酸用量对改质沥青粘度、软化点和结焦值的影响,找出了改性沥青流变性能变化规律,指出了采用油酸添加剂所制改性沥青的工艺温度参数,并解释了油酸对改质沥青的改性原理。

The modification effect of the oleic acid on modified pitch is systematically studied.The influences of the oleic acid content on the softening point, viscosity and coking value of modified pitch are analyzed. The regularity of rheological behavior is arrived at and so are the process parameters of the oleic acid modified pitch. The modification principle of the oleic acid in the modification of modified pitch has been clarified.
