气相色谱法测定草莓中的赤霉素

Determination of Gibberellin in Strawberry by Gas Chromatography

建立了一种采用530μm大口径毛细管色谱柱、不经衍生化处理而直接测定植物生长素GA3的气相色谱方法。用FID检测,相对标准偏差小于3.0%,平均回收率为85.8%～91.2%。

A method for the direct determination of gibberellin by gas chromatography with widebore capillary column is described.The testing with FID reveals that the relative standard deviation is less than 3% and the average recovery from 85.8%to 91.2%.The proposed method is simple,fast and sensitive with good reproducibility.
