摘要
对6种不同外形特征的钢纤维和普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆的粘结性能进行试验研究,分析了在拉拔过程中钢纤维脱粘与拔出的全过程,计算并分析了不同外形的钢纤维与水泥砂浆界面的粘结强度和钢纤维粘结脱粘与拔出时做的功.为提高钢纤维—水泥基间的界面粘结,探讨了纤维外形对提高钢纤维混凝土综合力学性能的作用,提出开发高效异形钢纤维是提高纤维增强混凝土的强度、韧性和阻裂效应的重要途径.
In the paper, the experimental test of bond performance of six steel fibers of various aspect properties within portland cement mortar is carried out. It describes the process of debond and pullout of steel fibers and figures out the ultimate interfacial bonding strength and the energy consumption during the debonding and pullout of steel fibers from cement mortar. Based on improving the fibermatrix interfacial bond, it discusses the effect of steel fiber with particular aspect properties to mechanics performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete. It's expected to provide a direction for developing effective deformed steel fibers to improve mechanics strength and toughness and to stabilize crack propagation of steel fiber reinforced concrete.
