摘要 对新旧标准转型期水泥强度进行实验研究,找出新标准水泥的强度发展规律,利用水泥早期强度推定水泥的28d强度值,以推定值为基础,在充分考虑强度保证率的情况下,找出水泥强度值的富余系数,应用于配合比设计,指导生产实践. Through the experiment of the cement strength in the different standard, we find the developping regulation of the new standard cement strength and calculate the cement strength of 28 d according to the earlier strength. On the base of the calculation strength, the safe coefficient is found and used in design and engineering. 
