摘要
以偶联法合成了环湖精(CD)接枝聚乳酸(PLA)共聚物CD_g_PLA,即先合成PLA支链,再将PLA末端羧基转变为高反应活性的酰氯,然后通过PLA末端的酰氯与CD上羟基反应,将PLA支链偶联到CD上,得到CD_g_PLA共聚物,对共聚物进行了红外等初步表征。与PLA均聚物相比,接枝共聚物的亲水性有明显的改善。CD_g_PLA的合成提供了一种新型完全可生物降解的缓释药物载体。
A novel graft copolymer was synthesized by reacting polylactic acid(PLA) with cyclodextrin(CD).The effects of weight ratio of PLA to CD on the yield of the copolymer and the of the copolymer were studied.The structure of the copolymer was characterized by FTIR
