摘要
本系统是一个以柘林水库为中心,由水库、堤防和分蓄洪区组成的修水流域防洪系统的复杂防洪工程系统。该系统是建立在及时准确的信息、科学的预报、合理的调度和正确的决策的基础上。系统建成后将较大地提高修水流域洪水预警、防洪减灾的科学技术水平,并可与江西省现有的洪水预警和决策支持系统衔接,直接为江西省防汛指挥系统和中央防汛指挥系统提供服务。
The system is a complex system centered at Zhelin reservoir and composed of reservoir,dykes,and flood detention regions.The system will be taken as a necessary part in the Flood Control and Command Systems of Jiangxi Province,and it also serves for the National Flood Control and Command System.This is a very important consulting service with significant contributions to the region's social and economic development.
