全球化的发展趋势既有利于中国的发展,同时又使中国面临巨大的挑战。传统的"赶超"型战略和比较优势已不再适应经济的发展。经济全球一体化使得国际市场竞争更为激烈;竞争环境的变化和竞争技巧的复杂化使得我国旧的经济结构和增长方式都面临重大挑战;如何在瞬息万变的国际环境下生存,已是当今企业所要解决的首要问题。针对这些问题,本文从企业内部机制、产业结构、企业管理策略和竞争环境入手进行了细致分析,并提出了相应的思路和对策。

?This trend of globalization is good for our development. But meanwhile, we are facing serious competition, not only in economic structure but also in growth way. The traditional'Chasing' strategy and comparative advantage have not been apt to the change of the world economy. The developmet of globalization makes the competition of the world market more and more cruel, the competitive circumstance and skill more complicated. How to survive in this dynamic society has become the primary problem for Chinese enterprises. The paper mainly analyse the situation of our companies, industry structure, management strategy and competitive circumstance, and fur forward the solutions accordingly.
