摘要
本文对黑龙江省物流产业发展现状问题及对策进行研究。我省物流产业发展滞后主要表现在总量与结构两个方面。主要问题在于企业的物流概念模糊含混、物流人才奇缺、管理、经营方法落后等方面。现从宏观政策、企业重组、人才培养、配送中心建设、发展第三方物流等方面提出对策。
?This essay discusses the development and the problems of logistics in HeiLonallang Provlnce and the countermeasures.Our logistics lags in quantity and structure.The main problems are the nebulous logistics concepts, scarcity of tialents and management.The methods are based on macro polices;business－rebuilt,talents, the distribution centers and the third part logistscs.
