通过对新时期高校图书馆流通部现状的分析,提出:对流通部馆员要全面提高职业道德和业务素质,以适应新形势的要求;同时要加强流通部的领导和管理。

This paper analyses the present state of the management in the circulation department of the college library, and puts forward that in the new century we should strengthen the management of the circulation department, and enhance the education of professional morals, and raise the vocational skill of the librarians so as to meet the need of the new situations. 
