针对改制后企业档案工作面临的新问题,提出了发展企业档案工作的基本思路,包括建立适应现代企业制度需要的档案管理模式;重构企业档案主体,拓宽档案收集范围;优化档案管理技术,全面提高档案科技创新能力;加强档案人员继续教育,适应企业档案工作发展需要。

In the light of the new problems existing in enterprises' archive work after structural reform,this paper puts forward the basic idea of developing enterprises' archive work including establishin g the archive administration mode fitting in with the requirements of modern en terprise system,reconstructing th e main body of enterprises' archives,broadening the collection scope of archives,op timizing archive administration te chniques,increasing all -round arc hive sci -tech innovative ability,strengthening the continuous education for file clerks to meet the need of the developme nt of enter-prises' archive work.
