遵循马克思主义实践与认识论的原理,从调查研究入手,摸清了忻州市民办科研机构的现状,找出了民办科研机构存在的问题,并提出了发展对策。

Adhering to the principles of theories of practice and knowledge of Marxism and starting from investigations and studies,this paper finds out the present situation of people -run research institutions of Xinzhou City a nd the problems existing in people -run research institutions,and puts forward some cou ntermeasures for development.
