血管内皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在子宫内膜异位症在位内膜的表达

摘要 目的 检测血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长子因子 (bFGF)在子宫内膜异位症 (EM )在位内膜的表达 ,探讨二种因子与EM发病机制的关系。方法 收集EM患者的在位子宫内膜组织 38例及正常子宫内膜 37例 ,采用免疫组织化学SP法分别测定VEGF及bFGF在内膜组织中的表达情况 ,并用组织学评分对实验结果进行半定量统计 ,比较其表达强度。结果 ①VEGF在二组内膜的腺体及间质细胞中均有表达 ,主要定位于细胞浆。在位内膜组的表达强度高于正常对照组 ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;②VEGF在EM患者在位内膜分泌期中的表达强度比增生期明显增强 ,在月经周期中呈周期性变化 ;③bFGF在正常子宫内膜及EM患者在位内膜的增生期和分泌期中均有表达 ,表达强度差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ,无周期性变化 ;④VEGF和bFGF在EM患者增生期和分泌期的在位内膜中的表达呈正相关关系。结论 VEGF和bFGF在子宫内膜异位症的在位内膜均有表达 ,而二者均为促进血管生成的重要细胞因子 ,从而表明血管生成是EM发生发展中一个重要环节。 Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(BFGF) and endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the VEGF and BFGF protein expression in the specimens of 38 cases with eutopic endometrium and 37 cases with normal endometrium. Histological score was used to semiquantify the results and compared them. Results ① VEGF can express either in endometriumal glands or intercells of the two groups. ② VEGF content was significantly higher in eutopic endometrium during secretory phase than that during proliferative phase. ③ BFGF can express either in normal ensometrium or proliferative and secretory of EM patients' eutopic endometrium . There were no significant differences between them (P>0.05), and they all haven't cycling variant in menstration cycle. ④ VEGF and BFGF have the positive relativety in the eutopic endometriumal expression of EM patient's proliferative and secretory phase. Conclusion VEGF and BFGF can both express in eutopic endometrium and endometriosis, which were both the important cellular factors of promoting the vascular formation, thus demonstrate the vascular formation is one of the important links of EM's development.
