陶瓷不同界面处理后体积丧失和形态学变化的研究 被引量:1

Volume losing and morphological changing of ceramic after different surface treatment

摘要 目的 研究陶瓷不同界面处理后 ,陶瓷的体积丧失量及界面结构的变化。方法 用喷砂和酸蚀方法处理VitaMarkⅡ和氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷表面 ,计算体积丧失量 ,并用电镜观察处理界面的变化。结果 喷砂对氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷表面结构改变大 ,氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷体积丧失量小于VitaMarkⅡ。结论 喷砂对氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷界面的处理 ,有利于提高粘结强度。喷砂条件掌握好 ,不会影响边缘适合性 。 Objective To study the volume losing and changing of ceramic surfaces structure after the surfaces of ceramic were treated differently.Methods Sandblasting and etching were used to treat the ceramic surfaces, volume losing was calculated and the surface was examined by SEM.Results Sandblasting changed the glass infiltrated alumina surface more obviously than etching, the volume losing of glass infiltrated alumina was much smaller than that of Vita Mark Ⅱ.Conclusion Sandblasting to glass infiltrated alumina could help to improve the bonging strength. The sandblasting condition could be well chosed not to affect the marginal fit for glass infiltrated alumina, but for Vita Mark Ⅱ sandblasting should be avoided.
