摘要 目的 观察核转录因子κB(NF -κB)mRNA在实验性鼠根尖周炎组织中的表达及其变化 ,探讨NF -κB在根尖周炎发病过程中的调控作用。方法 建立大鼠实验性根尖周炎模型 ,采用RT -PCR方法检测NF -κBmRNA的表达变化。结果 在未处理组和牙髓暴露 3天组根尖周组织中NF -κBmRNA表达极少 ,NF -κBmRNA在牙髓暴露 7天后即可明显检测到 ,7~ 14天NF -κBmRNA表达随炎症发展而递增 ,2 8天开始回落。结论 NF -κB参与调控根尖周炎症的发生发展。 Aim To investigate the regulatory mechanism of nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB) in Periapical lesions by observing the expression of NF-κBmRNA in experimental rat Periapical lesion tissue.Methods Animal model of experimental rats periapical periodontitis was established. Expression of NF-κB mRNA in experimental rats periapical periodontitis tissue was detected by RT-PCR method. Results NF-κB mRNA was at very low level in the control group and 3-day group, and it could be easily detected at 7 days of opening medullary cavity, with an obvious increase between the 7th and 14th day as the tissue got more inflamed and the expression began to decline at the 28th day in the periapical and periodontal inflammatory tissue.Conclusion NF-κB may be an important regulatory factor in Periapical lesion.
