新生儿红斑狼疮的临床表现及预后(附5例报告)

Clinical characteristic s and prognosis of neonatal lupus erythematosus :report of 5cases and revie w of literatures

新生儿红斑狼疮(NLE)是发生于胎儿及新生儿期的一种少见的综合征。为了解本病的临床表现及预后,对5例NLE患者进行了临床观察及随访,并结合国内、外的相关文献对国内NLE的临床表现及预后进行了探讨。结果发现国内NLE以皮肤表现为主,先天性心脏传导阻滞发病率较低,提示NLE的临床表现可能有种族特异性。

Five cases of neonatal lupus erythematosus( NL E)were clinically observed and followed up.The clinical characteristics and pr ognosis of the Chinese NLE cases after comparing them to the cases reported in t he literatures were discussed.The result showed that the Chinese NLE cases most ly had skin symptoms,and the frequency of congenital heart block was very low. It is the author’s opinion that the clinical characteristics of NLE patients ma y have racial specificity.
