This paper unveils the impact upon the social system by environmental effect on beneficiaries and victims,structures the research framework,analysizes the ratio,quantitative dynamics,time and space distance,space layout models,shape and arrangement of beneficiaries and victims by applying genecology and sociecology and further discusses the influence of their dynamic relations and behavior strategy on the environment.The authors emphasize their cooperation as the only way to break the environment dilemma.
