摘要
2001年云南共立案各类环境信访案件2162件,接待来访1193批次,此类案件多具群体性、手段偏激和重访率高的特点。由于思想认识、法律法规等方面原因,案件处理中还存在一些难点问题,应从提高认识、完善法制、强化管理等方面着手加以解决。
In 2001,a total of 2162 impeaching letter cases related to environment were registered in Yunnan and 1193 impeaching visits were held.These cases are of group nature and usually extreme in matter and high in re-visit.There are some difficulties in tackling these cases and much attention should be given to improving legal system and strengthening management
