摘要
本文通过对清水河地区农业水资源特征和雨水利用现状的分析 ,认为强化雨水资源化过程 ,提高雨水的调蓄能力 ,是解决该区域农业水资源紧缺的基本途径 ;并提出雨水资源化及利用的主要形式 ,以及雨水利用与经济开发的主要模式。
In this paper the characteristics of water resources and current situation of rainwater utilization in Qingshuihe region have been analyzed.It is basic measure of solving shortage of agricultural water resources in this region to improve the availability of rainwater resources and raise capability of water storage and adjustment.Main patterns of rainwater utilization and local economic development in the region are proposed.
