W形火焰锅炉配合下的300 MW汽轮机滑参数停机分析

摘要 滑参数停机能快速降低缸温,有利于尽快对汽轮机本体进行检修。在韶关发电厂10号机组的首次滑参数停机过程中,汽轮机与锅炉紧密配合,将汽轮机高、中压胀差和缸温差等参数控制在合理的范围内。同时,分析了高、中压胀差波动过大和停机时间过长等问题,针对滑参数停机过程需要注意的问题提出了合理化建议。 Turbine slidingparameter (SP) shutdown can lower the cylinder temperature very quickly and start maintenance in a shot time.This paper describes the first turbine SP shutdown of Unit 10 in Shaoguan Power Plant,which,with the close cooperation of the boiler,kept turbine HPIP differential expansion,cylinder temperature difference,etc.within reasonable range.Several problems such as fluctuations of HPIP differential expansion and excessive shutdown time are analyzed;some suggestions concerning problems worthy to be noted during SP shutdown are brought forth.
