慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者垂体—甲状腺轴及垂体—肾上腺轴功能研究

The Research on Pituitary-Adrenal and Pituitary-Thyroid Axis of Patients with COPD

目的探讨COPD患者垂体—甲状腺轴及垂体—肾上腺轴功能变化。方法采用时间分辨全自动免疫分析仪测定各项激素指标 ,并用t检验进行分析比较。结果 (1)COPD患者血ACTH水平及皮质醇水平均明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。 (2 )COPD患者血 12amTSH水平及FT3 水平明显较对照组低 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。 (3)两组间其它激素水平无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。

Objective To study the function of pituitary-adrenal and pituitary-thyroid in patients with COPD.Methods The levels of blood hormones were measured by Wallace Autodelfia Immunoassay System and analysised by t test .Results 1.The levels of blood ACTH and cortisone in patients with COPD were much lower than those in normal subjects ( P <0 05～0 01).2.The levels of blood TSH at 12am and FT 3 in patients with COPD were also much lower than those in normal subjects 3.There were no significant differences among other blood hormone levels between the two groups.Conclusion There are some changes of blood hormone levels in the patients with COPD.
