西沙比利对老年慢性传输性便秘患者胆囊运动功能的影响

The effects of Cispride on motility of gallbladder in chronic transit constipation in the elderly

目的 研究西沙比利对老年慢性传输性便秘患者胆囊运动功能的影响。方法 通过连续 3天服 1粒含不透X线标志物的胶囊后于第 3和第 7天各拍摄腹部平片的简化方法 ,测定 15例正常老年人 (对照组 )及 2 2例老年慢性传输性便秘患者 (研究组 )服用西沙比利治疗前后的全结肠及节段结肠转运时间 ;用实时超声显像法测定受试者空腹和餐后胆囊容积 ,计算胆囊的排空指数。结果 对照组空腹胆囊容积〔 (19 84± 2 38)L〕与研究组〔 (2 3 5 5±3 92 )L〕间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;研究组在脂餐后 10、 30、 6 0分钟时胆囊排空分数与对照组间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。西沙比利治疗 8周后 ,研究组空腹胆囊容积与治疗前间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,脂餐后胆囊排空分数与治疗前差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;研究组治疗后胆囊排空分数与对照组间差别有显著性意义(P <0 0 1) ;西沙比利治疗后的全结肠转运时间及各节段结肠转运时间与治疗前间差别显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 全胃肠促动力药西沙比利能明显改善老年慢性传输性便秘患者的胆囊动力。

Objective To study the effects of Cispride on the motility of gallbladder in patients with chronic transit constipation.Methods Samples were divided into two groups:normal control(n=15) and aged chronic transit constipation patients(n=22),total and segmental CTT before and after Cispride treatment were measured by using radiopaque markers ingested on each of 3 consecutive days with abdominal x-rays obtained on the 3rd and 7th day,and pasameters of gallbladder motility were studied by real time ultrasonography.Results Compared with controls,gallbladder volume in aged patients with chronic transit constipation were significantly increased(P<0 01),GBEF of aged chronic transit constipation were reduced significantly(P<0 05,P<0 01).After Cispride treatment,gallbladder volume were reduced significantly(P<0 05),and GBEF of fat food were significantly increased(P<0 01),the total and segmental CTT were shorted significantly(P<0 01).Conclusion Cispride can be used to obviously improve function of gallbladder motility in the elderly patients with chronic transit constipation.
