沐舒坦糖浆临床疗效随机对照研究

Randomized contrast trial on the therapeutical effect of oral mucosolvan syrUp

观察口服沐舒坦糖浆对咳嗽痰多患儿的临床疗效 ,将120例1～12岁患儿随机分为沐舒坦糖浆组60例、急支糖浆组60例 ,疗程7天。结果显示沐舒坦糖浆服用第3天可使痰量减少、咳痰程度减轻、痰液性状转稀和咳嗽症状减轻 ,至第7天可使抗生素使用频率降低 ,临床症状综合改善率74.7 % ,总有效率71.6 %。表明沐舒坦糖浆化痰祛痰止咳疗效可靠 ,具有良好的安全性和依从性。

in this study,120children aged1～12years,who complained of cougHiNg and expectoration due to respiraˉtory tract infections,were randomly categoRied into mucosolvan group(60cases,orally receiving mucosolvan syrup)and ji_zHi group(60cases,orally receiving ji_zhi syrup as the reference contrast)so aS to evaluate the therapeutical effect of mucosolvan syrup in clinical practice.The treatment course was designed to be7days.as a result,the reduced sputum volUme,the deˉcreased extent of expectoration,turning dilute of dense sputum and the alliviated cough symptom in mucosolvan group could be actually observed by THe3rd day after oral administration of mucosolvan syrup and lessening the frequeNcy of using anˉtibiotics could come into being by the end of the week.in mucosOlvan group,the total improvement rate of clinical symptoms reached at74.7%and THe total effectiveness rate71.6%,showing that mucosolvan was predominent.thus,It is clearly inˉdicated that oral mucosolvan syrup might be one of the effectiVe and reliable expectorants for diluting sputum,dispelling expectoration and sTopping cough with good safety and compliance in children.
