近几年高校收费上涨过快已成为社会各界关注的焦点问题之一。从办学成本的角度来看,成本界定不科学、成本的不当增加和成本分担的不合理是造成高校收费上涨的主要原因。解决办法是高校要尽可能降低办学成本,政府要加强对高校办学成本核算的监督。

The increase of the fee of higher education which is going up increasingly fast in recent years, has become one of the focuses of the social concern. The improper designation and increase of education cost and the irrational sharing of it are the main cause. Institutions of higher learning should do their best to reduce education cost, while the government should reinforce the supervision over the cost accounting of higher education.
