摘要
首先对Cusptron高频结构的特征方程进行了详细的数值计算。对一个工作于TE_(811)模的35 GHz的Cusptron注-波互作用进行了数值模拟。考虑了电子注厚度和偏心对电子效率的影响。
The characteristic equation of RF structure of cusptron is calculated numerically in detail in this paper. The interaction between electron beam and TE_(811) mode in cusptron is simulated numerically at ∫_o = 35 GHz. The influences of the thickness and eccentricity of beam on electron efficiency are taken into consideration.
