摘要
分析轴对称虚阴极器件的微波辐射特性,对若干关键技术给以定量地讨论。例如:传输线与二极管的匹配;Vircator的波导模式;Vircator带宽;Vircator功率以及束质量的影响等。本文的讨论对轴对称Vircator的粒子模拟与实验设计有一定的参考价值。
This paper analysis the microwave emission features of an axial virtual cathod device. Quite a few techniques of crucial importance for Vircators, for instance, transmission line match to a diode, Vircator waveguide mode, Vircator bandwidth, Vircator power and the effect of beam quality, are discussed quantitativelly. Results are quite useful for particle simulation or experimental design of the axial Vircator.
