和平与发展是当今世界政治与经济的主题。发展是我国建设有中国特色社会主义的必由之路。如何发展是世界上所有国家尤其是发展中国家都在积极探索的重要课题。从二战以来出现的各种发展理论,为发展中国家的发展提供了一定的理论支持,但是都存在各种不同的缺陷和问题。借鉴已有的发展理论,结合世界政治、经济发展的实际,探寻我国现实条件下的发展之路具有积极的意义,也是实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的有益探索。

Peace and development is the theme of the politics and economy in the presentday world. Development is an indispensable road to our construction of socialism with Chinese charateristics. It is an important task of how to develop well under active investigation by all the countries in the world, especially the developing countries.The develoment theories since World War II have provided the developing countries with some theoretical support, which contains different defects and problems.It is positively significant to explore a practical solution under the present conditions and also instructively beneficial for the attiainment of our grand goal of complete building of a well-off country, with the help of the existent theories on development and in the practice of the political and economic development of the world.
