摘要
"研究型学习"教学模式使教师与学生之间的等级关系被逐渐弱化了,双方在教与学之间形成了良性互动关系。正是在这种通力合作的学习过程中,素质教育所提倡的能动性、创造性的学习行为和自主意识的个性发展得到了充分展示。
The paper tries to state how teachers are able to understand and carry out quality education with the author's own teaching experience in the field of human resources. The teacherstudent hierarchy will gradually weaken during the performance of the research learning mode. Instead, there will be a new positive and dynamic relation to be established between each other in learning and teaching.Only by these cooperative and joining efforts in learning, will a dynamic role advocated by quality education, creative learning and sense of independence be fully exposed.
