摘要 "研究型学习"教学模式使教师与学生之间的等级关系被逐渐弱化了,双方在教与学之间形成了良性互动关系。正是在这种通力合作的学习过程中,素质教育所提倡的能动性、创造性的学习行为和自主意识的个性发展得到了充分展示。 The paper tries to state how teachers are able to understand and carry out quality education with the author's own teaching experience in the field of human resources. The teacherstudent hierarchy will gradually weaken during the performance of the research learning mode. Instead, there will be a new positive and dynamic relation to be established between each other in learning and teaching.Only by these cooperative and joining efforts in learning, will a dynamic role advocated by quality education, creative learning and sense of independence be fully exposed.
