摘要
核心竞争力是使企业保持长期竞争优势的能力 ,核心竞争力理论是企业战略管理理论的最新发展。我国企业经过长期经营发展 ,少数成长型企业形成了核心竞争力 ,但绝大部分企业还缺乏核心竞争力。构建核心竞争力已成为我国企业长期的战略任务 ,应该把资源集中在关键领域 ,建立核心竞争力 ;通过资源的整合和创新 ,形成核心竞争力 ;发展核心主业 。
Central competitive power is the ability that makes the enterprise keep long term competitive advantage. This theory is the recent development of enterprise strategic management theory. In China, after a long period development, some enterprises have already established central competitive power, yet the majority of the enterprises still lack it. Constructing central competitive power has become a long term strategic mission for Chinese enterprises. It is necessary to concentrate the resources on the key and leading position, and establish central competitive power; by virtue of the integration and innovation of resources to form the central competitive power and to develop the central main industry and cultivate the central competitive power.
