On the Shortcoming of the Law of Land Reserve and Its Improvement

土地储备制度对加强和完善土地保护制度,实施可持续发展有着十分重要的意义。但是,作为一项新兴制度,土地储备制度在土地收购、土地储备、土地出让等环节上还存在一些法律缺陷。为此,要通过修改《土地管理法》和《拍卖法》、制定《土地储备条例》等予以完善。

It is important for land reserve to enhance and improve land protection .However, as a new system, there are some shortcomings for the system of land protection in land purchase, land reserve and land sell. So, it is necessary to revise the law of land management ,the law of auction and to enact the decrees of land reserve.
