Analysis on Dynamic System of Modern China's Administrative Reform

推动当代中国行政改革的动力包括内外两个方面,其中,行政改革的外部动力主要源于经济体制改革的要求,以及世界性行政改革潮流的影响;行政改革的内部动力则主要源于行政权力合理配置和行政人员自身全面发展的要求,以及新技术运用于行政领域对行政系统的冲击等。这两大动力的有机结合构成了当代中国行政改革的动力系统,推动着中国行政改革的展开。

The driving forces that push forward administrative reform are twofold,interal and external,of which the latter comes from requirements of economy system reform and influence of worldwide trendency on it;the former mainly from the rational distribution of administrative power and allround improvement of the administrative personnel and impact of new hitech on administrative system. The combination of such two forces consists of dynamic system of modern China,which brings China's administrative reform into full display.
