Exploring the Impeding Factors of Venture Investment Industry in Our Country

影响我国风险投资事业发展有四个变量:1.风险投资项目成功率;2.风险投资项目的收益率;3.社会平均投资报酬率;4.风险投资项目平均利润对一般投资项目平均利润增量的倍数。其中1,2为关键的制约因素,为此应该在这两个方面采取相应的对策。

There are four variables that affect the development of venture investment in our country as following: 1.rate of success on venture investment; 2.rate of return on venture investment; 3.socially average rate of return on investing; 4.required times of average return on venture investment larger than that on general investing. The former two variables are pivotally impeding factors, therefore measures should be taken in these two aspects.
