摘要
阐述研究企业家的一般假设和推论,回顾基于企业家能力的重要观点和倾向。提出了企业家能力的三大主干内容和四种必备结构,认为对于企业家队伍的开发和营造,应该从培育、选拔、竞争和激励等角度入手。
This papers first initiates the general hypotheses and propositions about the research on entrepreneur It then reviewes the past three economic perspectives based on the entrepreneur competency And finally, it puts forward three core contents and four necessary structures, it pooints out that the development of the entrepreneur should rely on the training, selection, competition and motivation strategies
