摘要
反思性教学是近年来在世界各国倍受关注的一种教师教育理论。革新传统师范教育,建构基于反思性教学的新型师范教育模式,要求我们:在师范教育的目标方面,要重视师范生反思批判能力的培养;在师范教育的内容方面,要重视师范生实践知识的获得与积累;在师范教育的教学形式方面,要重视师范生的亲身体验与活动;在师范教育教学环境创设方面,要注重协调、合作的班级氛围的建立。
Reform of traditional normal education and construction of a new mode of it based on reflection education require us to lay stress in its goal on the development of reflective criticizing ability, in its content on the acquisition and accumulation of practical knowledge, in its form on personal experience and activity and in its environment on the establishment of a coordinating, cooperative class atmosphere, of normal students.
