如何使学报形成自身鲜明的个性和特色并在激烈的期刊竞争中立于不败之地 ,新形势下高校学报的策划工作显得格外重要。学报的策划工作主要有总体策划、选题策划。
It is of gteat importance for the journal projectors of higher learning institution to run an academic jourmal with its distinct individuality and characteristics and to establish its popularity in the tense competition and new situation. Learned journal project mainly consists of overall projecting choice of subject and image.
