摘要
雇佣关系问题是西方劳动经济学研究的一个重要方面。 2 0世纪 80年代以来 ,雇佣关系问题的研究主要沿着制度主义的内部劳动力市场 ,雇佣合同风险和激励 ,以及隐含合同和效率工资等方向发展。所有这些对于我们理解劳动力市场的运行和企业内部劳动力的管理都具有一定的积极意义。同时 ,雇佣关系的研究也为宏观经济学提供了微观基础 ,从而促进了理论经济学的进一步发展。
A very important aspect of western labor economics is the employment relations. Since the 1980s, the study of employment relations has been making its way on the clue of institutional economics, such as internal laobor market, employment contract and incentive theory, implicit contract and efficient wages, etc. The development of the theory is significant for us to understand the operations of labor market and the management of labor in enterprises. Meanwhile, the achievements on the study of employment relations provide important micro-foundation for macroeconomics, thus promoting the further development of economics.
