Reflection on the Economic Development Objective of Fully Building a Well-to-do Society in Yunnan

十六大报告提出了全面建设小康社会的经济发展目标 ,令人振奋、催人奋进。对于云南来说 ,2 0 2 0年要基本达到全国“翻两番”的平均水平 ,必须实现超常规增长。认真思考和分析云南面临的机遇和存在的问题 ,找准发展的突破口 ,是实现宏伟目标的关键。

Economic development objective was proposed during the 16th Party Congress on fully establishing a well-to-do society,which inspires us with great enthusiasm.If Yunnan hope to obtain the aim on per capital GDP increasing four times in 2020,it should accelerate the speed of economic development.The key factor of achieving the grand objective is that we should consider and analyze opportunities and current issues faced by Yunnan.
