军事干涉仍然是冷战后美国外交政策的主要特色。无论美国人如何给自己的军事干涉涂上理想主义的色彩 ,但是我们不难看出 ,军事干涉是美国实现其国家利益的一种重要手段 ,美国军事干涉的出发点就是为了维护和实现其所谓的国家利益 ,美国实施的所谓人道主义军事干涉也是以其本国的国家利益为出发点的。

Military intervention is still the feature of the American diplomacy policy after the cold war.Although American military intervention was often covered with idealism,it is not difficult to find that American military intervention os important means to realize its national interests.In other words,the starting-point of American military intervention is to defend and promote its national interests.In fact,its humantarian military intervention also proceeds from the considerations of its national interests.
