摘要
冷战时期国际关系最大的特点是美苏两极争霸世界 ,这危及世界的和平与发展 ;冷战后国际关系发生了深刻的变化 ,大国间的伙伴关系有利于世界的和平与发展 ,但天下仍不太平 ;9.11事件后 ,国际关系又有了新的调整 ,但没有根本改变各种力量的对比。因而邓小平同志提出的和平与发展是当今世界的两大主题的思想不仅没过时 ,而且有着更强的现实意义。
During the cold war period,the most important character of international relationship was that two polers of U.S.A and the societ union Contested.This situation threat peace and development in the wortd.After cold war,the international relationship has changed deeply:partnership of powers benefits peace and development in the wortd,but stabilty is not coming.After 9.11affair,internationd relationship has had some changes,but the most important powers have not changed.so the idea of that peace and devetopment is the two themes in contempry world is not passed but practiced.The idea was addressed by Deng Xiaoping.
